Natya Shikara has allowed me to bridge the often tenuous gap between my South Indian roots in India and a westernized Hong Kong. Sandhya aunty has managed to cultivate a community that is rooted in support and perseverance, all the while maintaining her position as a teacher, friend, and mentor. Her unwavering confidence in her students and dedication to the art never ceases to amaze me.
